Shipping Rates
We have had a customer inquire about shipping costs and whether the prices were increased with order sizes as other companies do. A friendly reminder that in all cases we pass on discounts to you. Our shipping rates are flat rates based on a portion of the actual cost charged to us by the carrier (based on the size, weight & destination of the package). Any shipping charges above the flat rate are paid by us (Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care)- we do not increase ship rates/charges to our customers regardless of order size/weight. This is one of the additional ways on how we pass on savings to our customers (larger day/night cream sizes, tax free products, products filled to top and contain average of 10-12ml additional product over what label indicates etc.)
