Update and New Products
Dear Valued Customers,
We at Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care would like to take this opportunity to say thank you. This has been a challenging year so far for everyone and we are very thankful for our customer's continued support, loyalty and understanding during these trying times. We appreciate the positive feedback we have received from many of you!
Challenges have been across the board. Some of our suppliers shut down causing product unavailability, shortages, an increased demand/cost and a scramble to find new suppliers for plastic bottles, caps, glassware and certain ingredients... many companies are also working with fewer employees so that they can maintain social distancing and safety measures, therefore decreasing their production capacity and ability to ship products in a timely manner... flights have been delayed or cancelled, affecting international orders... unfortunately, we too have experienced product shortages, out of stock notices, and temporary (possibly permanent) changes to some of our product packaging (jars/bottles/labels).
On a more positive note, we have increased our safety policies and protocols; have been busier than usual as more people are shopping online, and have been fortunate to have been able to have minimal delays between ordering and shipping times.
We are also pleased to announce that we have 6 new products available as of Monday October 26, 2020 (Firm Body Contour Milk Cream and Hyaluronic Acid Lip Balm with SPF in 4 different flavors) and a few others in the works. In addition, with more people shopping online with their credit cards, we have also increased our security services division to protect customers from the possibility of online fraud/ stolen card usage. If our system picks up notifications, you may be contacted to verify that your information is correct or that you have authorized your order- please do not be alarmed by this. A simple email returned to us will confirm your order and protect you from the possibility of someone else possibly gaining unauthorized access to your credit card. Please ensure that info@pureradiance.ca is in your "safe" list so that incoming messages are not accidentally filtered into spam folders.
We continue to offer our drop shipping to local customers that request this service on the special instructions section of their invoice (see shipping page for more details). Note that at this time, drop shipping has a no contact policy and orders will be left at the arranged location by a "masked" employee. For orders being delivered to a business, their staff must also be wearing a mask to greet our delivery person. This is not our ideal way of dealing with our customers but we feel that it is the best way to take the highest level of safety standards for both our customers and employees.
