We have made several updates to our Shop Site. Please take note of the following changes:
SHOPPING CATEGORIES have changed. Day and Night Creams are now listed under Anti-Aging Moisturizers and then you will see headings Anti-Aging Day Creams and Anti-Aging Night Creams. Products can be accessed through either categories. The remaining categories are straight forward however if you have any difficulty finding your product of choice please feel free to contact us for assistance.
QUICK VIEW of products has been added. This feature makes it faster/easier for customers who already know the products description and simply want to add the product to their shopping cart. To view "quick view", customers can hover over a product from the Shop Page, and select "quick view" where the item can be added to the cart (or) chose the option to fully go into the product to re-read the items description.
PRODUCT REVIEWS have been added. Please feel free to leave a product review at any time under the product of your choice. Those reviews will be displayed on the testimonials page as per screenshot below. Note that no email will be displayed due to customer confidentiality protection. Note that we are working with a service, so you may also receive an invitation to provide a review after you have placed an order. If your order contained multiple products, up to 3 requests for product reviews may be requested. If you chose not to participate in providing a review, simply delete those emails. For those that do, we appreciate you helping us continue to build our reputation and brand in this competitive world. Note that we are still accepting testimonials with photos as well. If you would like to submit a testimonial please send it through our contact page and we will post it on our testimonials page.

DISCOUNTS have been adjusted. Over the past several months, we have had requests to have the discount amounts to be shown at the checkout stage. In addition, as of Sept.1, the government has made additional changes in the way taxes need to be displayed and collected. This includes Ebay, Etsy etc. Previously, Pure Radiance paid the taxes as one of our features for our customers, and our customers received this as an automatic discount with each order. With the new changes, it is up to the company as to whether they will offer any promotions to save the tax or not.
Because this is one of our features and will continue to be, it does mean an additional step for customers at EACH transaction to receive the discount. Enter PROMO/COUPON CODE savetax. Coupon must be applied at time of checkout or after adding product(s) to cart for you to receive discount. If not applied, no manual adjustments will be made by customer service to those that contact us. Please ensure that you are subscribed to our Blog to continue to receive important updates and changes such as these and to also not miss out on upcoming planned promos. See image below- shows where to enter coupon code, then screen will show coupon has been applied and discount will show on the screen at the checkout/payment process after inputting your address for shipping costs.
Note that we have also added this notation on our Shop Page so that the code is not easily forgotten and is easily accessible. NEW PRICES have gone into effect. We have not had a price adjustment for almost 2 years. Unfortunately, costs continue to rise from our suppliers for quality ingredients, packaging, labels, shipping, internet and other business costs. The adjusted pricing remains below that of other Online Organic Skin Care Companies, and we will continue to ensure that our pricing remains competitive.
