This is to inform you we have been informed that PayPal is now charging customers a "transaction fee". Please note that we have no control over this charge by the payment processor. PayPal is still available as a payment option. Other payment options are Interac E Transfer (Canadians), no fee to customer or to Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care, or Square payment processor for Visa, Mastercard etc. (currently the 3% transaction fee is charged to Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care).
Unfortunately the majority of payment processors have increased their fees, will be soon or will be starting to charge the customer like PayPal is. Shipping providers have also increased their charges due to increasing gas prices which affects both customers and merchants. At this time, Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care is continuing to charge $14 for Canada East and $18 for Canada West and is paying the remaining costs charged by Canada Post ranging between $3-$5 per order. We may need to re-evaluate ship costs or product prices in the near future. Although Canada Post has raised their prices, at this time they continue to remain the lower priced provider in comparison to FedEx, UPS etc. We will continue to use the lower cost provider.
Note that we are doing everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible and continue to provide you with the Quality Organic Skin Care Products that you all love.
On another note, our Body Firm Contour Cream is now available in a convenient smaller 2oz size. Customers have also provided us with additional feedback on this item and have said that it is not only an excellent Body Firming & Moisturizing Cream, is is excellent for use as a Firming & Moisturizing Hand Cream as well. Please see Body Firm Contour Milk's regular listing for the 2 oz option, which is listed at $10 each.
