CHANGES TO BUSINESS & SHOP SITE
Dear Valued Customers,
There are a few changes to our business and shop site that we would like to make you aware of. As previously indicated in our Blog Posts and/or on direct product description pages, there are certain products that after sale, we will be discontinuing for a variety of reasons (unsustainable increased costs from our suppliers, import fees, tariffs, popularity etc. We will also be placing our complete focus back into our Organic Anti-Aging Skin Care/ Advanced Anti-Aging Skin Care Products and less on related product categories.
Skin Spot Corrector Product- We have placed an "IMPORTANT NOTE" under this product- This cream may be discontinued in the near future. Our supplier has increased prices drastically; therefore, we are looking for a new reasonably priced supplier. If not achievable due to dramatic price increases, import fees and tariffs, we will place a note here (under product listing) indicating the discontinuation of this product.
Category Mineral Makeup- Products Mineral Blush and Mineral Bronzer- As indicated previously, we were planning on discontinuing our mineral makeup line once products have completely sold. Please note that we have now discontinued the Mineral Blush and Mineral Bronzer products and have officially removed the Mineral Makeup Category.
Anti-Aging Lip Care Category- Products Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Lip Balms- These various natural scented balms have now also been discontinued.
Anti-Aging Face Mask Category- Products in this Category will gradually be discontinued once they have sold (Rhassoul Face Mask, French Green Clay Mask and Collagen Face mask). These products will eventually be replaced with one product, a ready-to-use Anti-Aging Lavender and Lime Peptide Face Mask. We will provide another update once this change has taken place. We are looking forward to sharing this fantastic, tightening, anti-aging skin care product with you all!
Category Targeted Skin Care Treatments- Product Retin A- Once again, unfortunately our suppliers are increasing prices, import fees and tariffs on these products. We are looking for a new supplier to replace our 0.05/0.1% 30ml Retinol. If you are interested in this product at the current Brand (European-Spain) in that size, you may consider making your purchase before this item is sold out and no longer available. We continue to have options in the 20ml size and will keep you up to date on any changes regarding this.
To date, the only comparable product with respect to quality, effectiveness, minimized side effects, price etc. has been another European Brand, however they currently only offer the item at the 0.05% dosage. Having said that, the 0.05% 30ml replacement brand that we are considering, interestingly seems to be almost as effective as our current 0.1% (through our testing/studies) and continues to maintain the decreased side effects of our current brand used. Some Retinoids have side effects such as irritation, excessive redness, excessive peeling etc. (due to alcohol and other ingredient inclusions). Note that our current 0.05/0.1% 30ml Retinoids and our considered replacement, do NOT contain any alcohol or any irritating ingredients and contain skin soothing ingredients, which are some of the reasons we prefer using the European Brands vs. American, Canadian, Asian etc. for this particular pre-made product. We will keep you updated on this topic and will inform you of our replacement item of choice.
Thank you for continuing to support us through these changes. We continue to strive to provide you with the highest quality of products at reasonable prices. On another note, you may have noted that we have not increased our prices on 98% of our products this year. Note that we will not be increasing prices until our current stock and ingredients have been depleted and replaced. Again, we are striving to keep any increases in prices to our product line to as minimal as possible.
