Menu Selection and Shop Site/Website Update

We thank all of our loyal customers for your support, feedback and referrals; which has helped us continue to grow over the last three years.

We have recently added our Tea Tree & Lavender Lathering Facial Cleanser, additional Mineral Eye Shadow Colors, Reverse & Repair Night Cream II (extra emollient) and our Neroli Rose Anti-Aging Toner. We will proceed by adding our Pure Essential Serums, our 100% Organic Eye Lash Growth Treatment and updating and expanding our menu on our Shop and Home Web Pages.

Note that our Peptide and Organics pages are now located under those headings underneath our About Us Tab.

Please note that we have recently been informed of another shipping and organic ingredient cost increase from our suppliers. This is their third increase in three years.  Pure Radiance attempts to minimize costs to our customers as much as possible and although we have not made any price adjustments or increases on our products during those years, we have now made the following change:

Customers may notice a slight product price increase on certain items ($1-5). Please see our shop site and individual products for more information. Note that we continue to be able to offer many of our product prices without a price increase. Only those products that have been affected by supplier/shipping increases will see the slight increase.

Note that we have however rounded all product pricing. Eg/ $14.95 to now $15.

The following have remained unchanged irrespective of Canada Post and our Supplier Cost Increase:
-Online customers will continue to receive discounts through our Loyalty Rewards Program which offers additional discounts to returning customers of 5-20% off.
-Our products will continue to be offered at tax-free rates.
-Our shipping flat rate scale, will remain the same at this time. See our FAQ/Shipping Page.
-Hagersville locals will continue to either receive free delivery, or if contacted arrangements may be made to meet for product drop off or for drop off at one of our local Salon Locations.

Please note that our menu/ wording may have changed slightly, however we have made these changed in hopes for easier product selection and a smoother more pleasant shopping experience.

Inventory Closure

Pure Radiance will be closed for inventory from Aug. 8-15 due to inventory. Any orders placed during this time will be held in queue however will not be shipped/dispatched until Aug.16. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
